Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

Singapore Citizens in financial need can get assistance from MOE on school fees and other expenses. Parents who wish to know more about MOE FAS can access the MOE website at Information on Income Eligibility Criteria (revised October 2025).

Parents can apply for MOE FAS using the e-FAS form, which is available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab – Financial Assistance) using Singpass login or via the following link https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas.

If you have children in different government or government-aided schools, you just need to submit 1 application form to any of their schools. The school that receives the application form will inform you of the outcome.
